At Fashion & Retail Personnel, all Consultants have a background in the industry they recruit for. This means that not only do we understand the skills and experiences of each candidate but we can accurately match them to their perfect job. We also have a dedicated Graduate desk for entry level Allocator and Buyers Administrator positions.
All candidates will be thoroughly screened, undergoing a twenty minute maths test without a calculator. They will either have a fashion or business related degree depending on their choice of either buying or merchandising, and must have at least six months recent relevant retail experience, above a grade 'C' at GCSE maths and sometimes a work placement in a buying or merchandising office. |
