Graduates

We give talks and presentations to colleges and universities nationwide - so we know that finding your first position in Fashion is never easy. You'll need all the help you can get!

We have staff dedicated to graduates and place college leavers throughout the year, and if we don't have just the right job for you we'll offer valuable advice and give you direction, based on our view of the industry as it is in real life!

Advice Worth Hearing

  • Graduates who have relevant work experience stand head and shoulders above the competition – and the more the better. Don’t work in the pub, work in fashion retail!
  • Design Graduates – your portfolio must be up-to-date, commercial and reflect the handwriting of each company you interview with – no excuses!
  • Buying & Merchandising Grads – you must brush up on your maths. If you don’t pass our maths test (30 minutes, no calculator!), our clients won’t see you.
  • For careers in Buying, ideal degrees will be fashion related, preferably with a business element.
  • For careers in Merchandising, ideal degrees will be mathematically orientated and can even include subjects as diverse as Geography or Psychology.
