Operating mainly at senior levels, we move people all over the globe, not just from the UK. Helen, and Julie Benson, the two most Senior Consultants in our International Division have between them 20 years working on the technical side of the garment industry plus 18 years in international fashion recruitment.
We travel to visit our clients abroad so we are able to properly inform our candidates, and encourage overseas employers to use our London offices near to Oxford Circus in the West End for initial interviews for UK candidates.
We understand that a move abroad has as much to do with finding a whole new life as a new job, so we fully brief our candidates on every aspect that will affect them. Over and above the job description and employers organisation and culture we advise on local tax systems, employment contracts, visa requirements, schools, housing, holidays, arrangements for returning home (UK or otherwise) and local legal requirements and any restrictions etc. |
