Excellent Salaries
We offer very competitive basic salaries and better than usual commissions. Our commission structure is not capped, paid monthly and it is designed to encourage teamwork and cooperation with your colleagues whilst still being based on individual performance – so you get the best of both worlds.

We don’t expect our staff to work ‘all –hours’ – it’s a civilised day from 9 – 5.30pm – so you can still have a life outside work – and our holiday allowance is excellent with bonus holiday after 3, 5, 7 and 10 years of service.
